She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Perkins and Darlene Cook Perkins; and her siblings, Lynn and Joyce. She is survived by: her sons, Scott (Susan), Paul (Kirsten) and Dan (Julinn); her grandchildren, Hilery, Jacob, Lauren, Logan (Patricia), Staci, Sean, Niccole and Marley (Rick); her great grandchildren, Andrina, Tyson, Caleb, Dominic, Levi, Evelyn and Winifred; and her brother Grant (Linda).
