He is survived by: his father Glenn Vincent Ballard Sr.; his sister Susan Jeppesen; his brother-in-law Bob; and his nieces and nephews, Kenneth Jeppesen (Heidi), Andrew Jeppesen, Kathryn Longhurst (Justin) and Rachel Sorensen (Scott). He is also survived by eight grand-nieces and nephews.
