He was predeceased by: his wife Shirie Howard. He is survived by: his children, Shelly (Alan) of Mesa, AZ, Tracy (Debbie), Corey Silverdale (Kristin) and Ricky (Heather); and his sisters, CarolAnn Carter, Leslie Vaughn and Teresa Sanderson.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Myers Mortuary - Ogden (845 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84404). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Memorial Gardens of Wasatch (1718 Combe Rd, Ogden, UT 84403). His health was declining and he was having some challenges with surgeries and recoveries during Covid and after.
In May of 2019 Gordon lost his beloved Shirie to Alzheimer's.
