He is survived by: his wife Eileen Madsen; his children, Janet Haskell (Daniel), Kendall Madsen (Karen), Kathy Mikhail (Nader), Karen Barker (Leland), Tod Madsen (Jennette), Scott Madsen (Nikki) and Linda O'Driscoll (Jason); his sister Maureen Johnson; and his in-laws, Norman Anderson (Jeannie), John Anderson (Gerene), Julie Heywood, Ralph Anderson (Juliann) and Carol Holbrook (Richard). He is also survived by 37 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren.
