He was predeceased by: his parents, Theron Madsen and Thelma Bradley Madsen; his siblings, Bruce Madsen (Dawna), Donnell Madsen (Patti) and Gaye Lynne Miller (Phil); his in-law Fawn Anderson; and his brothers-in-law, Mick Johnson and J. C. Heywood.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Madsen; his children, Janet Haskell (Daniel), Kendall Madsen (Karen), Kathy Mikhail (Nader), Karen Barker (Leland), Tod Madsen (Jennette), Scott Madsen (Nikki) and Linda O'Driscoll (Jason); his sister Maureen Johnson; and his in-laws, Norman Anderson (Jeannie), John Anderson (Gerene), Julie Heywood, Ralph Anderson (Juliann) and Carol Holbrook (Richard). He is also survived by 37 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and from 9:45 PM to 10:45 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the North Ogden 8th Ward (1150 E 2600 N, Ogden, UT 84414).
