She was predeceased by: her parents, Rulon Horne and Jane Fraser Tingey; her brother Robert Tingey; and her grandson Chase Adams. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Reeves Decker; and her children, Mark (Gayle) of Bloomsburg and Deanne Andersen (Jared) of Ogden. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
