Ian Jacob Meredith Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ian Jacob Meredith (Ogden, Utah), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 15, 2025 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Michael John Meredith; and his brother-in-law Joe Leonard. He is survived by: his mother Gwen Eldene Chaffin; his significant other Jaime Lynn Leonard; his sons, Rhys Meredith (Alex), Dylan Meredith (Abi) and Gavin Meredith; his grandchildren, Lucas, Kaiden, Meredith, Willow and Elias Meredith; his siblings, Michael J. Meredith, Jr., Steven L. Meredith (Kristy), Joshua C. Meredith, Christina M. Taylor and Gillian M. Steenblik (Michael); his parents-in-law, Gilbert and Debbie Leonard; and his sister-in-law Jackie Page (Jody). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Lindquist Ogden Mortuary (3408 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84401).
