He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Fenn and Mary Roberts Fenn; his former wife Patricia LaVerne Ross; his daughter Ellen Looney (Dickson); and his siblings, Rachel Sommer, Flora Sandberg, Lyman Fenn, Orson Fenn, Jerry Fenn, Wilma Elmer and Orvel Fenn.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jo; his stepchildren, Dee Whittington (Larry) of Oklahoma and Brian Klukas (Shannon) of New Mexico; and his siblings, Lyda Krandendonk, William Fenn, Robert Fenn, Gloria Hawks and Richard Fenn. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
