He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Anthony Kirk and Claudia Miller; and his niece Jenna. He is survived by: his children, Madelynn (Gregory), Emma, Case, Jillian and Jackie; his wife Molly Lou Madsen; his granddaughters, Charlotte and Georgia; and his siblings, Jim (Jenny), Jared and Melissa (Charles). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a dog.
