He is survived by: his wife Gayle Ball; his children, Wendy Leshon (Dave) and Jeremy Ball; his sisters, Margaret Buckway (Carl) and June Reese (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Joan Christiansen (Rulon), Debbie Rowe, Judy Pullum and David Pullum. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
