He was predeceased by: his father Ken Tutz. He is survived by: his sisters, Susan, Joanne and Valerie; his aunt Marlene Simone Fowers; his uncle Eddie Simone; and his close friend Carolyn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
