Though Janet may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Janet touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Blaine Carruth and Marcella Carruth; and her sister Mary Jean Carruth. She is survived by: her sisters, Louane Livesey, Elaine Carruth, Doris Housel and Carol Chase (Jim). She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pleasant View 10th Ward (3602 N 500 W, Pleasant View, UT 84414). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 12:45 PM at the Aultorest Memorial Park (836 36th St, Ogden, UT 84403).
