It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffery Thomas Smith (Ogden, Utah), born in Merced, California, who passed away on December 19, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Dee Smith and Barbara Sue Malone; and his sister Monica Lynn Smith. He is survived by: his children, Keilan Smith (Lexie) of Taylor, Kyren Smith (Marian) of West Haven, Darbie Leatherow (Colton) of Taylor and Koby Smith (Jillian) of Taylor; his grandchildren, Jaelyn, Briggs, Gracie, Roman, Beau, Bennett and Cooper; his siblings, Renee Cragun (Ray) of Riverdale and Mark Smith (Teresa) of South Ogden; his stepfather Stanley Titus; and his stepsiblings, Greg Titus (Ruth) of Stoddard, Jeff Titus (Tammy) of Stoddard and Traci Snow (Jeff) of Draper.
