He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Ammon Allen and Helen Shaw; his wife Carolynnn; and his brother Narl. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Stephenson (Terry Lynn), Dustin Clark, Brandon Stephenson (Heather) and Ryan Stephenson; and his stepchildren, Christie (late Stan), Lori Adams (Steve) and Joshua Clark (Katrina). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
