She was predeceased by: her parents, Pieter van (Wout) and Joan Francis Cosgrove van (Wout). She is survived by: her husband Scott Hennessy; her children, Jacob Hennessy (Megan), Tiana Wood (Brad), Todd Hennessy (Carrie) and Scott Hennessy (Elizabeth); and her siblings, Catriena Wilkinson (Terry), Noeline Odgers (Allistair), Lisa Collins (Barry), Johanna Coulston, Paula van (Joseph), Kenneth van (Linda), Adrian van (Karen) and Timothy van (Sonia). She is also survived by grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the ALS organization to help find a cure for ALS.
