He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Eugene Watkins and Geneve Marie Malan; his daughter Vickie Lynn; and his siblings, Joyce, Bonnie, Sharon and Keith.
He is survived by: his former wife Marsha Loveland; his stepdaughter Kristy Sue; and his children, Tony Watkins (LeAnn), Kristy Woods, Kami Malan (Travis) and Tara Weaver (Glenn). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren: and eight great-grandchildren.
