He is survived by: his children, Curtis Jay Crouch (Melanie) and Karen Crouch Rich (Billy); his grandchildren, Eryk Loren Rich (Sasha), McKenzie Ann Anderson (Ryan), Haley Rae McGuire (Stan) and Kaitlyn Mary Crouch; his great grandchildren, Bret Mae Anderson, Roper Jay Anderson, Evan Raphael Crouch, Samuel Byron Crouch and Romi Sophia Rich; and his sister Delores Rae Miller. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
