He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chester A Peer and Virginia Peer; his children, Anthony "Chris" Peer (Beth) and Jennifer Jarman; and his siblings, Jeanine Porter (Gary) and Jimmy Peer (Mary). He was also cherished by three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter; and the greatest nieces and nephews.
