He is survived by: his stepchildren, Keeli Espinoza (Casey Espinoza) of Ogden, Michael Maestas of Ogden and Landry Maestas (Samantha) of Ogden; his son-in-law Pita Mafoa; his former spouse Charlyn Woodward; his grandchildren, Jaydelyn Peterson, Jaxxon Richins and Journee Ash; his sister Lori Lee Galvan (Raymond) of California; and his niece Christina Jeppson of California. He is also survived by his family and grandchildren.
