With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Powell Skeen (Ogden, Utah), who passed away on February 13, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Venis Powell and Julian Powell; her husband Talmage W. Skeen; her brother Tommy Powell; her brothers-in-law, Archie Skeen, Chad Widdison and LaMar Skeen; and also Lorna Widdison.
She is survived by : her children, Clark Skeen (Julie), Tracy Skeen (Diane), James Skeen (Brenda) and Nancy Rolfe; and her sisters, Sharon Skeen and Kay Howe (Virg). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
