The memory of JoAnn Passey of Ogden, Utah, who passed away on August 21, 2024 at the age of 89, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Welling Zundel and Eva Hess Zundel; her husband Russell Passey; and her sisters, Evelyn Zundel, Nola Warner, Barbara Holmes and Donna Hunter.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Naylor (Mark Walters) and David Passey (William Winter); and her caregiver Ashley Passey. She is also survived by 6 other grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
