He is survived by: his children, Monica Vasquez-Martinez, Jose Manuel III of Ogden and Octavio Garcia of Ogden; his wife Miaricella Vazquez; his parents, Juana Hernandez Chavez and Jose Manuel Garcia Ramos; and his siblings, Cesar Garcia Hernandez, Humberto Garcia Hernandez and Alejandra Vega Garcia.
