She is survived by: her brothers, Elton Brooks of Utah, Steve Brooks (Teenie) of Utah and Roy Brooks (Judy) of California; her sister-in-law Myrna Brooks; her children, Charles O'Brien Floyd (Tammy) of Ogden, Alice Teske of California, Christy O'Brien of Ogden and Jason O'Brien (Shawn) of Syracuse, Utah.; and her grandchildren, Tyson O'Brien, Cornelia Adams, Ashley Patterson (Zachary), Kevin Adams, Cody O'Brien, Hunter O'Brien, Teagan Justice, Dakota O'Brien, Jackson O'Brien and Nicolas Hartly.
