He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlyn Burnett and Barbara Burnett; his daughter Natalie Barbara; his granddaughter Hanna; his great grandchild Gianna Grace; and his brother Kerry.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Fawson; his children, Tara Cottle (Travis), Laura Braegger (Dana), Natasha Burnett, Nate Burnett, Ben Burnett (Shaylee), Sandi Burnett (Kenny), Nina Phillips (Tyler), Samantha Burnett and Alvin Burnett; his great grandchildren, Austin (Taylor), Bentley, Grayson, Blakeleighh, Lynkyn, Kylie Cottle, Alyza Cottle, Kindra Cottle, Ryker Shaw, Jaxson Shaw, Griffin Shaw, Alex Burnett, Tyson Garcia, Katelynn Ackerman, Kelsey Porter, Berkeley Horrox, Scott Horrox, Boston Horrox, Jordan Horrox, Jaden Ron, Brooklyn Ron, Asher Phillips, Hanna Phillips, Malaya Phillips, Maverick Smith, Ace Smith and Scarlet Smith; and his siblings, Michael Burnett (Dorothy), Shauna Shupe (Scott), Blair Burnett (Cheryl), Bart Burnett (Bridget) and Janae Burnett. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary (3408 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84401). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
