With heavy hearts, we announce the death of LaMyrle Shaffer (Ogden, Utah), who passed away on February 22, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to LaMyrle's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration LaMyrle has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Camara and DioLinda Freitas Camara; her husband Robert Eugene Shaffer Jr.; and her son David Shaffer. She is survived by: her children, Boe Shaffer (Toni), Tony Shaffer (Debbie) and Michael Shaffer. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
