He is survived by: his mother Karen Holden (Norman); his wife Jill Holden; his children, Cody Holden (Jerica), Tina Riser (Jason), Shaylee Gines (Hunter) and Morgan Lane; and his sisters, Julie Rasmussen (Russell) and Sherrie Maynard (David). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; and an abundance of friends.
