Butler; her daughter-in-law Cheryl; her caregiver Linda; her children, Debbie LaMantia (James) and John Stubbs; her grandchildren, Sarah Pacheco (John), Shawn Stubbs (Danielle), Amie Doyle (Greg), Jeremy LaMantia (Amy Berner), Kelli LaMantia, Rachel LaMantia, Mikayla LaMantia, Matthew Stubbs, Whitney Stubbs and Brohdie Stubbs; her brothers, Jim Leatham (Deb), Gary Leatham (Linda) and Dean Leatham; and her pet Ginger.
