He was predeceased by: his parents, William Blanchard and Reba Tuttle; his wife Shirley Payne; his children, Christine Call, Bobby E. Call, Jr. and Patricia Call; and his granddaughter Jennifer Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, Katy Yardley (Mark) and Max Call (Cindy). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Book Hotel Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary (3408 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84401). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary (3408 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84401). A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Book Hotel Lindquist's Memorial Gardens (1718 Combe Rd, Ogden, UT 84403).
