He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Raymond Howard and Eva Mildred Howard (Tipton); and his siblings, Everett Tipton, RanDee Howard Snr and Leola VanWagoner.
He is survived by: his children, Vincent (Carma), Valerie (Michael), Vickie (William) and Paul (Julie). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
