He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary L. Thomas and Holmes E. Thomas; his sister Mary E. Plummer; and his former wife Millie B. Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Thomas; his son Larry Thomas (Jeremy); his stepchildren, Mary Montoya, John Busk, Linda Knight (Mike), Mark Busk (Elaine), Lalana Charlesworth (Kent) and Darin Draper; and his nephew Mike Gillespie (Julie). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Ducks Unlimited, ensuring Larry's spirit of conservation of wetlands and habitats for waterfowl is continued.
