He is survived by: his wife Tamra Lee Clark; his siblings, William "Bill" Kelley (Nancy), Cora Bosley (late William "Bill"), Shirley Tarbet (late Bourke), Allan Kelley, Barry Kelley, Clarence Jr. Kelley (VaDawn), Leslie Harger (Danny) and Lanell Kay (Shane); and his mother-in-law Maxine Clark (late David). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
