She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Shurtliff and Lillian Austad; her husband Robert Mortensen; and her brother Bob. She is survived by: her children, Renee Hoffman, Larry Garr and Jeffery Garr; her former husband William Garr; and her brothers, Jay and Larry.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Ogden City Cemetery (1875 Monroe Blvd, Ogden, UT 84401).
