He was predeceased by: his wife Judy; his daughter Jan; his parents, Hugo Gustaveson and Ruth Gustaveson; and his siblings, Mel and Joyce.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Gustaveson (Tim) and Lori Boothe (Todd); his grandchildren, Matt, Allie and Ryan (Jackie); his great grandchildren, Molly, Milo, Violet and Daphne; and his sister Carol Stephens.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ogden City Cemetery (1875 Monroe Blvd, Ogden, UT 84401).
