He was predeceased by: his parents, Lubin Rios (Mary Gonzales) and Nina Rios; his siblings, Donnie Gonzales, Edward Gonzales, Laura Gomez and Bonita Warrick (Gloria); and his children, Jabin Gonzales (Tiffany) and Rita Graham (Matt).
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jean Herrera of Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall; and his brothers, Manuel Gonzales (Sylvia) and Dale Gozales (Dawn). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
