She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howard and Zella Lovell Howard; and her sister Susan Howard. She is survived by: her children, Randy Frost (Jean), Mitchell Frost (Nicole) and Holly Hagel; and her siblings, William Howard, Evan Howard, Helen Howard, Rose Morales (Tony) and Ann Barney. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
