He is survived by: his wife Ann; his sons, David (Traci), Brett (Joan) and Scott (Nozomi); his grandchildren, Taylor (Kate), Matthew (Tori), Davis, Ellen (Tyler), Annie, Lauren, Haili and Noah; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Theo and Ari.
