He was predeceased by: his niece Alicia. He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his sons, Calvin Palmer, Ryan Palmer, Alec Johnson (Dessiree) and Austin Johnson (Kendal); his grandchildren, Rafferty (Mother Conner), Jayden (Mother Samantha) and Olive; his parents, Roger Palmer and Gloria Palmer; and his siblings, Jeff (Crystal), Christopher (Som) and Cindy.
