It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Stephen Nielsen (Ogden, Utah), who passed away on July 12, 2023, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his stepfather Jerry Galbraith; and his sister-in-law Stefanie Nielsen. He is survived by: his parents, Michael G. Nielsen and Kathy Galbraith (Grange); and his siblings, Jon Nielsen, Tyson Galbraith, Jennifer Mickelsen (Rich) and Michele Flint (Ron).
