He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Rollins and Claude Gerrard Smith. He is survived by: his wife Renita Lanette Prather; his children, George, David, Kaelynn, Sherri and Paul; and his siblings, Diane Earnshaw, Janet Carlton, Dorothy Pitts, David Smith, Robert Smith, Eileen Hale and Carol Guymon. He is also survived by many grandchildren, some great grandchildren, and numerous extended family.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Primary Children's Medical Center or the Huntsman Cancer Center.
