He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Wayne Schlegel and Agnes Irene Burke Schlegel; and his daughter Lisa Anne. He is survived by : his children, Jacob Michael, Joseph Allan, Christina Anne Carmen and Malachi Stephan Schlegel; his grandchildren, Octavia, Christopher, Riley and Wesley; his siblings, Jonathan Eugene, Stephen Wayne and Susan Jayne Schlegel; his niece Amanda; and his former life partners, LeAnne Tidwell Schlegel and Jami Bailey.
