He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Duane Udink (Udell) and Hazel Roberta Powell; and his sister Suzan Johnson. He is survived by: his brother Richard; his children, Jesse Michael, Melanie Hazel (Steve) and Rex Duane (Briana); his grandchildren, Brayden, Landen, Korbin, Maximus, Adrien and Azalya; and his great grandchild Bentley.
