We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2024, at the age of 76, Michael Stephen Nelson of Ogden, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Nelson and Rose Lee Lutz Nelson of Garden City, Utah; his daughter Stephanie Christiansen (Chris Julian) of Ogden, Utah; his stepdaughter Cristi Boyack of Whitney, Idaho; his grandson Joseph Nelson of Layton, Utah.; and his brothers, David and Charles "Chuck" of Ogden, Utah..

He is survived by: his wife Judy Baird of Riverdale; his son Todd Nelson (Nancy) of Layton; his stepchildren, Tracy Haderlie of Riverdale and Shireen Van Orden (Matt) of Shelly, Idaho; his children-in-law, Bryan Boyack (Cristi) and Cami Johnson; and his brother Robert "Butch" (Dixie) of Laketown, Utah.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 8 great- grandchildren.
