He is survived by: his siblings, Kelly Hennager, Joni Gilman and Gloria Harmer; and his children, Nanette Lewis (Gary), Shauna Walling, Bryan Hawkins (Tera) and Britney Hawkins. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren.
