She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon S. Clark and Clara J. Clark; her husband Raymond H. Smith; and her children, James Ray, Maryann Smith and Reylynn Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Eldene Smith of Roy, Evona Smith of Roy and Cathy Smith of Roy; and her brother Don S. (Diane Clark). She is also survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
