He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Andrews and Ramona Pourier; his sister Letoy Higley; his nephew Seneca Higley; Leah Neilson.
He is survived by: his daughter Avery Andrews of Roy; his girlfriend Lisa Neilson of Roy; and his siblings, George Amiotte, Francis Jacobs of Riverdale, UT and Kathleen Jacobs. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
