He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Schvaneveldt and Sarah Jane Schvaneveldt; his son Kent; and his siblings, Allen, Jane and Harriett.
He is survived by: his brother Wesley M. Schvaneveldt; his daughter-in-law Lori Schvaneveldt (Wesley M. Schvaneveldt); and his children, Cindy Rudd (Bruce), Scott Schvaneveldt (Denise), Brent Schvaneveldt (Annette), Lisa Morby (Drew), Jay Schvaneveldt (Gina), Linda Peterson (Chris), Judy Neil (Greg) and Jenifer Allen (Mason). He is also survived by 29 grandchildren; and 48 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the North Ogden 5th Ward (626 E 2600 N, North Ogden, UT 84414).
