He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris Alonzo Johnson and Liona Louise Larsen; his former wife Jean; his wife Dawna Evans; and his daughter Desiree.
He is survived by: his sister Pat; and his children, Dana (Terry), Julie (Mark) and Bryan (Ruth). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
