“I’ve known Orson for 67 years. We served together in VP- 17 patrol squadron Ault Field Whidbey Island, Washington. Such a friend is rarely found and best of all kept. There were three of us that joined the squadron the same year, 1955, and stayed in touch. The third member, Ron Day, passed away April 30 this year. We had lunch each year with Dean Anderson who joined the Navy with Ron and me in 1954. Anna you are one of the kindest persons I know. You will always be my friend.”
