It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Wade O'Hanahan (Ogden, Utah), who passed away on August 1, 2021, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Desiree "Robin" O'Hanahan. He is survived by : his wife Cherral O'Hanahan; his children, Jackie O'Hanahan, Justin Samora and Jennica Samora; his sister Dianna Price Driscoll; and his nephew Trevor Price. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
