He is survived by: his wife Kathy Rios; his siblings, Pauline Rios Rathbone (Mike) and Joseph Rios (Joe); and his children, Paul Rios (Jordan), Jason Rios (Daniella), Chris Pena, Terica Rios, Valentino Rios (Chubbs) and Troy Rios (Valine).
