She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Chapman Meadows and Viva Muller Meadows; and her husband Leonard Carl Flocken. She is also survived by 3 children, 5 grandkids and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lindquist's Layton Mortuary (1867 N Fairfield Rd, Layton, UT 84041). A memorial service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
